The REAL Drizzle table object to load into — the identifier is read off it with getTableConfig,
never taken as a hand-written string, so a rename can never leave a stale name in the SQL. A bare
(schemaless) table renders unqualified and resolves through search_path (that is how the applier
reaches an ephemeral relation in pg_temp).
