Whether a predicate admits no row at all — the read half of “this persona sees nothing”.
Recognises the DENY_ALL_PREDICATE singleton by reference AND any structurally empty or,
because both are always-FALSE on the wire and an invariant is asking about the outcome, not about
which spelling produced it.
