StorageBuild = "c" | "pgrust"

The registry-declared store BUILD (ADR-0063): which pgwasm engine build owns the store’s data directory. c (default) is the C PostgreSQL build; pgrust is the Rust one. Like the engine module, it is part of the store’s identity — a datadir belongs to the build that wrote it, so a different build is a DIFFERENT store, minted fresh under a fresh path, never a rehome of an existing one.

The declaration only NAMES the build. The build itself is always supplied as code at the minting site, never loaded from this string.
