The ownership predicate the read path filters on: rows whose owner column equals the caller’s
subject, DENY_ALL_PREDICATE for an unauthenticated caller (by reference, so a
customPredicate built on it probes claims-dependent).
Takes the real Drizzle owner column, so the reference is rename-safe, and the subject rides as a typed JSON scalar rather than text that has to be escaped and re-parsed.
